Lisa Gettling is a substitute teacher and professional genealogist in Ohio. She is a member of the Daughter of the American Revolution,
and Tuscarawas County Genealogical Society's First Families. Her interest in genealogy developed at the age of 17, when she was given
a copy of a family genealogy by her great aunt. She would like everyone to know, PLEASE get a special acid free picture pen (available at
most craft or scrapbook book stores) and write down the names of everyone in the picture! It is so heartbreaking to see beautiful old photographs that the people have not been identified.
